I opened a new gallery on Santa Fe Drive. In a warmly restored building from the late 1800's over 80 wonderful representational paintings and organically rich pieces of pottery fill the beautiful space. Thanks to Doug Martin and Janet Moore for making it possible! Come visit us every Thursday through Saturday 12-6 at 834 Santa Fe Drive!

Only six days till I leave for Italy. So many paintings happening in the studio right now. I finished the Marsh Marigolds,

began the aspen in winter and Mueller State park paintings. I am fascinated by the markmaking and process in the winter piece. I revisited my favorite locations of Roxborough and Taylor reservoir and began the first of what I am hoping will be many of the denver skyline. See you in May! I'll be posting many Italy images when I get back!

Buffalo Pass - Gouache

Near Steamboat, CO, this road is closed most of the year. When it is open it leads to some incredible mountain sites. Wildflowers are abundant after the spring meltoff and aspens illuminate the hillsides in the fall.
